Technicians with manufacturing experience, after having a team of high-quality workers and technicians, we continue to educate people how to through corporate culture and management to ensure people's stability and long-term work in the factory, because skilled operators are a valuable asset of the factory and assets.

We create a "family culture" in the company, celebrate birthdays for employees and their children during summer vacations, set up remedial classes in the factory, invite good teachers to teach children and play games, so that workers have no worries and let them work with peace of mind. A sense of belonging to the company. Accumulate seniority fund for workers, they will accumulate a fund for free every year they work, so our factory is very stable, there are many employees who have worked for 5-6 years, and a stable and excellent workforce has become a good quality.

We also achieved standardized production and stable quality of all work pieces by constantly buying new equipment, such as CNC and robotic automatic painting lines. At the same time, there are continuous innovations, improvements, and optimization of production processes and details.

After doing this, we have worked hard on quality inspection, so that every workpiece must be inspected according to the drawings, every workpiece must be inspected, and every process has a full-time inspector. Our factory has 8 rich insurance workers. QC will inspect every piece of each piece of your casket to ensure that it will flow into the next process only after 100%.

In addition, we set high standards and strict requirements in all material selection. 90% of our talents are imported materials from the United States, and the paints we also use are imported paints from the brand factory. For the fabrics, we only use high-quality fabrics from major factories. Only by using American standards can we produce high-quality products.
