WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME FOR SHIPMENT?
Thanks to efficient CNC technology, we offer the lead time of 30 days for wood veneer MDF caskets or cardboard caskets and 45 days for solid wood caskets after deposit has been received.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THE PACKAGING?
Each casket has been carefully wrapped and ends are covered with LV plywood to avoid the damages to the corners. The strength of corrugated cardboard of packing box reaches export-level standard which can withstand heavy load and shaking during long-distance transportation.
IF YOUR CASKETS ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
We consider every casket is a tribute to our future success. That is why we are working hard to learn how to improve the standard. However, if our caskets arrive in damaged condition, we will appreciate it if you can email me the photos which will help us understanding how these damages happened and what we should improve in future. And we will take full responsibility if we caused the damages. We will replace you with a new one if the damaged casket cannot be repaired and has to be thrown away.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO IF THE PAINT NEEDS REPAIR?
We will do everything we can to make sure that every casket arrives in good condition. However, if the paint needs repair somehow, don’t worry. We have prepared touch-up paint set for you. All you have to do is to pick up the right color and repair with little brush. Everybody can do the job
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR?
Every casket in our product line can be fully customized from the color of finish and lining to the corner designs. As long as it such changes can help your sales, we will make the job done.
